Right now I am trying to lose a little bit of weight (20 lbs total), so a low calorie, low carb and low fat diet that’s high in protein is essential. After that’s done, my goal is to increase muscle mass, so you’ll start to see some more recipes that include more carbs. A diet that is about 25% fat, 35% carbs and 35% protein is ideal. It’s all based on the required macros (macronutrients) for your diet.
